This Privacy Policy only covers our use and disclosure of information we collect on our website www.turnkeyse.com and our service platforms www.turnkeyprospector.com and www.turnkeyactivator.com (Turnkey Intel). All data collected on our corporate website www.turnkeyse.com is owned by Turnkey Intelligence, LLC.
Information collected through our service platform is owned by our “Client” (Administrator). The collection and use of this information shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Turnkey Intelligence, LLC.
Turnkey Intel provides our registered users access to our online portals through the Websites using a username and pass code that allows each administrative user access. Each account is pre populated with the administrator’s personal information including name, email, physical address, phone number and photograph at the administrator’s discretion. For an integrated and seamless experience, we provide administrators’ the capacity to input third party personal information necessary to add users’ as secondary account holders. This information includes name, email, phone number, physical address and photograph.
All personal information entered into the Turnkey Intel system under your account is owned by the administrator, even as we host it. Turnkey does not use this collected personal information for any unsolicited or promotional purposes. We use your personal information on our Websites to facilitate your requested services include reporting and lead management.
Personal Data may occasionally be transferred to third parties who act on behalf of Turnkey Intel for further processing. For example, sometimes a third party may have access to your Personal Data in order to support our information technology, help compile and manage the data, and to provide customer service support such as through a chat feature.
